Thank you for choosing Oaktree Polymers. We are committed to delivering high-performance polymer materials in a timely and reliable manner. Please review our shipping policy below for important details about processing, delivery, and freight handling.

1. Order Processing Time

  • In stock orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Custom orders, cut-to-size materials, or special fabrication requests may require additional lead time. You will be notified of any delays.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We offer standard ground and expedited shipping via trusted carriers, including:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • USPS (for select items)
  • LTL Freight for large or palletized shipments

Carrier selection is based on order size, destination, and cost efficiency. Customers may also request third-party freight pickups using their account numbers.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on order weight, size, destination, and carrier service level.
  • You will be shown the applicable shipping cost at checkout or receive it in your final invoice for offline orders.
  • For large-volume or freight orders, shipping will be quoted separately and confirmed before dispatch.

4. Freight Shipments

For oversized or palletized products:

  • A loading dock or forklift may be required at delivery location
  • Residential and limited-access deliveries may incur additional charges
  • Freight carriers may require a signature at delivery

Please inspect all freight shipments upon arrival and note any damage or shortages on the bill of lading before signing.

5. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the continental United States. For bulk or international orders, please contact us directly at info@oaktreepolymers.com to discuss available shipping options.

6. Delivery Times

  • Standard Ground: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited: 1–3 business days
  • Freight: 3–10 business days (depending on location and carrier availability)

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or supply chain disruptions.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track the status of your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.

8. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Notify us within 3 business days of delivery or the expected delivery date
  • Provide photos (for damage claims) and tracking details
  • We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and, if eligible, arrange a replacement or refund

Oaktree Polymers is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or force majeure events.
