At Oaktree Polymers, we take pride in supplying high-quality polymer products for a wide range of industrial applications. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return and refund policy below before placing an order.

1. Returns Eligibility

Due to the specialized nature of our materials, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong item, incorrect quantity, or an item that was damaged during shipping
  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
  • You notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that have been cut, machined, altered, or used
  • Custom orders, special-order products, or non-stock items
  • Items returned without prior approval

2. Return Process

To request a return, please contact us at info@oaktreepolymers.com with the following:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) to return
  • Reason for return
  • Photo evidence (if item is damaged or incorrect)

Once reviewed, we will provide a confirmation and return shipping instructions. Returns sent without a confirmation will not be accepted.

3. Restocking Fees

A 15% restocking fee may apply to eligible returned items, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

4. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • If the return is not approved (e.g., product was used or damaged), you will be notified and the item will be returned at your expense.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please place a new order and follow the return process for your original item, if eligible.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, notify us at info@oaktreepolymers.com within 3 business days of delivery. Please include:

  • Order number
  • Description of issue
  • Photos of packaging and product

We will prioritize a resolution, which may include replacement, credit, or refund.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Cut-to-size sheets or rods
  • Custom fabrication products
  • Clearance or final sale items
